EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATES
Diploma | Certificate of training
We require everyone to submit a Diploma as proof that you are a graduate from any medical fields such as nursing, medical technology, pharmacy, physical therapy, etc. You may also submit training or work certificates from medical transcription or US insurance companies.

OPERATING SYSTEM
Windows 10
Your computer should run on an Authentic Windows 10 Home or Pro version in order to prevent certain viruses from infiltrating into your system and your client's.
COMPUTER PROCESSOR
Intel i5 (8th Gen or up) | Ryzen 5 (2nd Gen or up) or upper tier processors
Your processor could be any of the 2 companies as long as it has a processing speed of 2.8 Ghz or higher, and have at least 4 cores. It is important to have a fast and a multiple-core processor in order to run clinical applications such as EMRs or EHRs smoothly. (intel atom, intel celeron, any AMD chip other than the Ryzen line will not be accepted.)
RAM
8 GB or More
Having more memory will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously and would not not cause any slow down or crash. This will definitely increase your computer speed and productivity which will cool down your hot head.

However we will accept 20 mbps for back ups to provide opportunity for outstanding talent outside the metro. We strictly require all our Virtual assistants to have back up power of some sort especially in the Philippines where blackouts are notorious. If you do not have back up power, we would provide you with one through loan assistance should you get endorsed with a client already. Please note, this is mandatory if you do not have existing back up power already.
