What is a MedVA lead? A physician, practice manager, or decision maker of a clinic or a healthcare facility who has shown an interest in virtual staffing services.
How much is the incentive? A 200 USD incentive will be given per qualified lead. Our sales reps will validate this.
When will the incentive be given? The motivation will be released after the third month of subscription of the lead to MedVA's services.
How do I track the leads that I was able to generate? Once you join our affiliate program, you will be given a username and password for an entire tracker.

Referral Incentive Terms & Conditions
REFEREE and REFERRAL should actively work for at least one month with MedVA's client(s) to be eligible for the referral incentive. If the REFERRAL’s service ended (EOS) in less than a month, the motivation would be pending until the VA (Referral) gets placed again (1-month tenure will be reset). Likewise, if the REFEREE got EOS’d after the REFERRAL completed one month of work, the incentive will be pending until the REFEREE is placed again. Incentives are forfeited if either the REFEREE or the REFERRAL is dismissed from a job due to terminable offenses.
We follow the “NO DOCUMENTATION, NO INCENTIVE BONUS” policy. Your referral should have put your name in the Google form provided during pre-training to be eligible for the incentive. Incentive Programs may be modified or terminated at any time. An incentive bonus is awarded entirely at the discretion of the management. The Incentive Program is not intended to be a binding contract between employees and the company.
*REMINDERS: Questions about the Incentive Program should be directed to our VA/Compliance Manager, Faye Fuentes. Reports are sent to the finance team for approval and processed at the end of the month. Thus, they will be credited every 10th of the monthly payroll.
